Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Returns are not accepted for items damaged, washed, altered, or used by the customer.

• Size exchanges are available subject to product availability.

Wrong or Damaged Item

If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video of the item and packaging.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. Refunds may be issued according to the original payment method or through an agreed alternative method.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item received is wrong, defective, or damaged due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items
